Services

DEPS focuses on early autism identification for children from 1 year to 16 years of age.

Autism

The DEPS team evaluates children from 1 year to the age of 16 for Autism Spectrum Disorders, ASD. Our practice prioritizes initial diagnosis of ASD in children while striving to minimize wait times for young children to be evaluated for ASD in order for them to access early intervention services as soon as possible.

ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects millions of children worldwide and often continues into adulthood. ADHD is highly treatable and can be accurately identified using objective measures.

Learning Disabilities

DEPS provides comprehensive evaluations of an individual’s learning style, strengths and areas of need. A specific learning disability is present when there is a significant discrepancy between an individual’s cognitive development and academic development.

Developmental Delay

We provide comprehensive developmental evaluations for young children. A clear understanding of your child’s developmental levels can inform parenting strategies and determine if intervention is needed.

Independent Educational Evaluations

An IEE is defined as an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the school district. This is essentially a second opinion provided at public expense.
