DEPS offers

• Assessment that meets the state and national requirements for gifted assessment, including nationally normed and standardized measures of cognitive ability such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V) or the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence— Fourth Edition (WPPSI–IV)
• The test results show your child’s normed percentile score in all three areas of Verbal, Quantitative, & Nonverbal skills which is required by most school districts
• Our evaluations are performed by licensed psychologists, certified school psychologists and trained psychometrists
• Comprehensive gifted assessments include Cognitive/Intelligence testing, a formal determination of giftedness, an in-depth review of your child’s performance including any strengths and potential areas of growth, a comprehensive report, and customized recommendations
